Why Meditate?

What do you really want in life? What is your aim or goal in life? Everyone is searching for something, a bigger paycheck, a new car, more vacation, better relationships, to stay healthy and young… the list is endless.

If we look a bit closer we find that underlying all our searching is the quest for happiness, ananda or bliss. Most of us are not conscious of what we actually are searching for. We look at the outside but all along that which we are searching for is at the inside, just waiting to be rediscovered.

Meditation is a technique to reconnect with our inherent happiness and raise our consciousness, our frequency, to a state of joy and bliss.

There are many meditation techniques from static to active to bring about detoxification and healing to our body mind system.

Gold Package – 3 Months

  • Three 40 min sessions per month for 3 months (9 sessions)
  • Assessment of individual meditation needs & stress level
  • Bring Yogic understanding to meditation practices
  • Discussion of perceived challenges
  • Design a step-by-step personal meditation practice for 3 months

Platinum Package – 6 to 12 Months 

  • Three 40 min sessions per month for 6 to 12 months (18 to 36 sessions)
  • Assessment of individual meditation needs & stress level
  • Bring Yogic understanding to meditation practices
  • Guidance through perceived obstacles & challenges
  • Release of limiting beliefs & alignment to new programming
  • Check ins & support to correct or deepen practice
  • Design a step-by-step personal meditation practice for 6 to 12 months

All personal 101 meditation sessions are conveniently held via Zoom. In person sessions are only upon special request.
